There’s a new Campbell’s soup flavor coming to shelves near you!
The flavors of this new Campbell’s soup might be a match made in Heaven!
There are few pairings more comforting than a bowl of tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Now, you’re able to get both flavors in one can, because word on the street is that Campbell’s is dropping a new Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup!
We’re not sure exactly what this concoction will taste, but the premise is promising! According to a social media post by @Candyhunting, this new soup is a cheese lover’s dream. In addition to cream and classic tomato soup ingredients, it contains cheddar, Monterey Jack, and “surface ripened semisoft cheese (think Muenster).”
These interesting new soup cans are said to be arriving to grocery stores soon if not already. The soup isn’t yet on Campbell’s website and we personally haven’t seen them online or in-store yet, but you can bet we are keeping our eyes out!
Will this new soup flavor be good? Social media is skeptical…
The new soup flavor was also posted on Instagram by @Snackolator. According to comments under the post, many people are apprehensive about this latest release. We spotted feedback that included statements like “hard pass” and “swing & a miss.”
Time will tell if this new soup is a winner. If you want to try it for yourself, scoop up a can when you get the opportunity. This flavor is a limited-time only release!
