I’ve been using Apple AirTags since they came out on everything from my keys, purse, wallet, and even on my dogs. I was excited to put these Momax Tracker Tags to the test to see how they would compare. I have to admit, I was very impressed.
Following the easy instructions, I was able to pair the tags with my iPhone and add to the “Find My” so they are accessible just like an air tag. When looking for my tagged items, I am able to play a sound on them just like my Apple AirTags. I really see no disadvantage as these work exactly the same but at a fraction of the cost!
The Momax Tracker Tags are also pretty much the same size as my Apple AirTags and fit with the same covers, keychains, and even the holders I have for my dog’s collar. – Angela, Hip Sidekick
As an actual AirTag user I was a little apprehensive about this, surely how can someone compete with a giant like Apple? But this did! Pairing and location are just as smooth and seamless as an AirTag. The ONLY difference is the iPhone doesn’t pick up the MOMAX tag immediately, you have to go into ‘FInd My’ and add it as ‘other supported device’. Took maybe 30 seconds and I was up and running.
